this patient presented with head ache vomiting mild fever altered state of consciousness for last 2 days with occasional previpus headaches he was 18 years old we thought of meningitid started empirical therapy before proceeding for Lumber puncture we got this CT it shoedobstructive hydrocephalous due to septum pellucidum growth SOL was referred to neuro surgeon.
