Increased size of the irregular inflammatory stranding/enhancement surrounding small nodular T2-hypointensities along the posterior and inferior margin of the right hepatic lobe, with some reactive serosal inflammation. No abnormality or collection in the gallbladder fossa. Small pancreas body collection is similar, with T1 intrinsic hyperintensity suggesting blood products or proteinaceous debris.
